Different Weaving Type of Vibrating Woven Wire Mesh
Woven wire mesh can be used as vibrating screen mesh to separating and sizing the stone, sands and other materials.
Vibrating woven wire mesh weaving type can be flat top crimped, lock crimped, double crimped, intermediate crimped.
Flat top crimped
Flat top crimped, also called pressed crimped, is made from round and profiled plain weave wire. All the mesh knuckles is being on the underside. The structure is very heavy and durable. It allows material to move more freely over the screen and maximize the plugging.

Lock crimped mesh is a method, which can lock the wire at their own positions through pressed at each side of the raised wire.

Double crimped is also called plain weave. It is woven directly by straight wire, evenly crimped in warp and weft, providing a rigid construction. The wires are under crimped and sprung together thus giving a tight mesh. This is used mainly with lighter wires to ensure tension in a light screen.

Intermediate crimped can be divided into single intermediate crimped and double intermediate crimped.
Single intermediate crimped is the weaving method, which the weft wire is crimped before weaving and the warp wire is woven directly.
Double intermediate crimped is the weaving method, which both the warp and weft wire is crimped before weaving.
